Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming we’ve received it. Orders are then reviewed for availability and scheduled for fulfillment.

If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we’ll contact you by email right away to discuss available options before proceeding — no waiting in the dark.

Order Shipment

All orders ship 100% FREE and typically leave the warehouse within 7–21 business days from the date of purchase. Transit times may vary based on product size, destination, and carrier scheduling.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch.

Shipping Method

We use the right shipping method for your order size:

  • Orders 150 lbs or less ship via parcel carrier — at no cost.
  • Orders over 150 lbs ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight — at no cost.
  • All freight deliveries include free forklift / liftgate service for easy unloading.

We ship via our trusted carrier partner goneshipping.com, ensuring safe, reliable, nationwide delivery.

Delivery Information

Forklift / liftgate service is included for curbside delivery only. The customer is responsible for moving the equipment from the delivery location into the final installation area (typically inside your garage or shop).

Please allow up to 21 business days for processing and shipment before requesting an update.

Damaged or Incomplete Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If damage is visible:

  • Note it on the delivery receipt immediately, or
  • Refuse delivery if damage is severe.
  • If you accept delivery, take photos of any damage right away.
